These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bdtk9 platform ("Platform" or "Site") and all related services. It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login information secure and protected from third parties. You will be held responsible for any activity conducted from your account. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, notify the bdtk9 support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on bdtk9 is ৳300 — this applies to all payment methods. bdtk9 currently accepts the following payment methods:

3.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount on bdtk9 is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used to make the deposit.

Before approving a withdrawal, bdtk9 may request identity verification (KYC) documents. bdtk9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on this platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on bdtk9 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus and the total balance becomes ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus and the total balance becomes ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x (ten times) wagering requirement applies to any bonus received. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means 10x = ৳10,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are usable only in your own account — they cannot be transferred to another account.
• bdtk9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If fraud or bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus may be forfeited.

bdtk9 has a five-tier VIP program. Weekly cashback and special benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

The process of advancing VIP tiers depends on a player's regular participation and activity. bdtk9 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtk9 platform:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits ("bonus abuse")
• Using any software, bots, scripts, or automation tools to operate games
• Attempting unauthorised access to another player's account
• Attempting to manipulate the platform's security systems or gaming systems
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Conducting any fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Abusive or threatening behaviour toward other users

If any of the above activities are detected, bdtk9 is able to immediately close the associated account and forfeit any funds held within it.

All game results on bdtk9 are determined through a verified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer system. The specific rules of each game are displayed within that game. If a game result is voided due to a technical error or disconnection, bdtk9 will attempt to refund the bet where applicable, though this cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.

For sports betting, the outcome of all bets depends on the official result of the relevant event. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bdtk9's existing betting rules will apply.

The bdtk9 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. bdtk9 accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical failure
• Delays or failures by third-party payment providers
• Financial losses resulting from a user's own gaming decisions
• Issues caused by faults in the user's device or software
